This place is amazing. I came in with my grand highlander that had an attempted break-in. Franky is one of the owners and he is amazing. He is one of the best guys I ever met. He replaced the window trim within minutes and toyota charged me over $400 for just 5 minutes of work. Franky is an amazing guy. They been around for 40 years.

What a fantastic, stress free easy way of handling my business. Nick and Anthony taking care of all my insurance questions very knowledgeably. Really know how the process works and guide you seamlessly through it. Then the body shop team did such an amazing job I almost didn’t think it was my car how great it came out

I had a great experience with Italy A&F Auto Repair. The quality of work is excellent and the attention to detail really shows. My car looks almost like new again. A special shoutout to Frankie. He was incredibly polite, friendly and professional throughout the process. He gave me a full tour of the facility before I made my decision, never pushed me to work with them and patiently answered all my questions. Even after delivery, he followed up to make sure everything was okay, which I really appreciated. If there is one small thing, a bit more proactive communication on timelines and progress would make the experience even smoother. I understand delays can happen due to delivery of parts and other factors. Overall, very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

Believe me when I say you won’t be disappointed with the services you receive. From beginning to end the customer service was top tier. They restored my car to look like brand new and returned her clean and detailed. I really appreciated the professionalism and dedication to customer service, it sets you guys above all the rest. Specially to Anthony D. The best in the Bronx!!

The two times I have had to have work done on my car, they have been professional, Courteous. Walk you through every step of the way . Even though you never want to have to go to a body shop. But if you do this is place to go . . They treat you like family
